If you are oldy face then you can hide your age to prove you young abide by some rule. Now i write some rule to hide your age.

1. At least three days of a weak you have to Eat pure honey and massage it your face.
2. You have must take 8+ glass water everyday.
3. Avoid unhealthy & junk food.
4. Visiting some place wheres you entertained most.
5. Never cheat on love, Cheat on love make you oldy face early.
6. Try to expand more time with your Boy/Girl Friend.
7. Also try to expand time with some people whom are elder then you.
8. Think positive, Negative thinking makes oldy look on your face.
9. Always try to standing with straight backbone.
10. If you have opportunity then dance more.
11. Always stay with smiling face.
12. Try to love book, tree, sky etc from heart.
13. Have to sleep properly, at least 8hr.
14. Try to take more and more vegetable and fruit.
15. Never be confidenceless. cause its help to be old.

Water As 1st Medicine

Headache, Body Pain, Heart Problem, Arthritis, Faster Heart Beat, Epilepsy, Bronchitis, Pant, Kidney & Urine disease, Ejection, Gyastraitisa, Dysentery, Pails, Diabetes, Constipation, Period problem, Eye, Nose & Throat Problems are mainly caused by lack of Water. If you abide by general rules of drinking water you can be benefited from those disease.

Now i write the general rules of drinking water bellow.

- When you awake in the morning you should drink 4 glass clean water. If anyone unable to drink 4 glass then you have to increase your drinking level day by day.

- Then take normal meal after 45 minute.

- After 15 minute to 2 hour of Breakfast, lunch & dinner you have to break to take any type of  food/drinks.

Drinking water for 30 days a month for the rules of Hypertension, 10 days for Gyastraitisera, 30 days for Diabetes, 10 days for Constipation, The first three days of the week for Arthritis, After the second day of the week will continued everyday. This water treatment has no side efect but At first, just a little more urine might be.
