Now i describe you 7 days diet.
1st Day: Fruit Day, 1st Day you have to eat just fruit as your demand (Without Banana).
2nd Day: Vegetable Day, As your demand you have to eat vegetable only (Without Potato)
3rd Day: Fruit & Vegetable Day, Eat a lot of Vegetable and Fruit (Without Potato & Banana)
4th Day: Milk & Banana Day, Full day you have to eat 3 glass milk & maximum 8 banana.
5th Day: Eating Day, Only chicken 1/2kg and tomato 10-12 piece. You can cook chicken & Tomato mix, you also prepare tomato as salad.
6th Day: Chicken & Vegetable Day, With satiety u can eat a lot of chicken & Vegetable.
7th Day: Final Day, Last day you can eat a lot of Chicken and rice with fruit juice and vegetable .
Note: Everyday you have to drink a lot of water or Tea and coffee. You can start follow this diet sheet at any time as your wish, If you can done it properly then you must loss 4-5kg . If you want to follow this diet again then you should break for 1 week.
Now start your diet and be slim.
