1. Avoid ultraviolet sunlight.
2. Always use umbrella or cap.
3. Use 15-30 sun protection sunscreen according to your skin color.
4. Black skin don’t need sunscreen. Their skin’s melanin worked as natural sunscreen. 5. Use soap 2 times a day during Summer and Rainy Season.
6. Avoid more alanine soap. Too much alkali tells upon health.
7. Better quality baby soa
p and glisarine can be used.
8. Drink 8-10 glass water to protect your skin from dryness.
9. Need to stay in a cold room to protect your skin from prickly heat.
10. Too much antiseptic cream or lotion is harmful for health.
11. Don’t stay with wet cloth., it would increase the risk of skin damda.
12. Change your cloth when it gets wet by sweat.
13. After taking bath you should dry your laps.
14. You should be also aware of oil uses.
15. Eat vegetable,fruits and other foods with more vitamin.
16. Harmful substance mixed foods should be discarded.
17. Eat food cooked in less oil.
18. Take antioxidant by advice of doctor to delay the ageing process of skin.
19. Be aware of the use of perfume and imitation.
20. Stay away from products named like brightness cream, lotion and uptan.
