How To Keep Good Eyesight

If you want to take care your eyesight, you have to follow bellows instruction.  

1. Eat those food which provides vitamin A,C and E
2. Keep some foods with zinc and copper in your diet list. 
3. Eat too much onion and garlic to protect your lance. 
4. Eat grapes and berry to make a penetrating vision. 
5. Eggs,carrots and potetoes protect your sight from sunlight. 
6. Sleep a while fo
r 3-5 minutes and try to make it to habit. 
7. Take rest after work
8. Try to sleep 8 hours everyday. 
9. Take a break after every 30 minutes if you work with mindfulness vision 
10. Use sunglass to protect your eyes from dust and sunlight. 
11. Wash you eyes befor go outside and after returning home. 
12. Eat a plenty of vegetables. 
13. Try to live in green nature. 
14. Drink a lot of water.
